Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. (“Chery Auto” or “the Company”) continuously monitors compliance with its Global Code of Conduct and related business ethics requirements. In accordance with the Compliance Management System, Anti-Corruption Policy, Regulations on Complaint and Reporting and Investigation Management, Regulations on the Disposal of Problem Tip-offs for the Sunshine Project, and other relevant policies, the Company identifies potential violations through audits on anti-corruption and business ethics standards, site inspections, named or anonymous whistleblowing reports, and special investigations.

Leads involving compliance issues are centrally received by the Audit Center, while leads involving fraud, corruption, or other matters under the Sunshine Project are centrally received by the Discipline Inspection Office. All reported leads are registered, analyzed, investigated, and handled in accordance with established procedures.

Where an investigation substantiates a violation, the Company takes disciplinary action against the responsible personnel according to the severity of the violation, including warnings, demotion, or dismissal. Cases involving suspected criminal offenses are referred to the judicial authorities.

In 2025, there were no concluded corruption litigation cases against the Company or its employees. Separately, the Company compiles annual statistics on substantiated internal incidents involving breaches of its Code of Conduct or ethical standards and the corresponding actions taken.
